About the Speaker
David C. Babaian, is a regulatory attorney at Kinetiq, a consulting and technology division of Quorum Review IRB.
David’s work in several positions which has allowed him to developed expertise in health law, project management, and regulatory compliance. In addition to providing IRB education with NWABR, he has worked as a research assistant, laboratory manager, and in various positions within the U.S. Court of Appeals.
He earned his LL.M. in health law from the University of Washington, focusing on orphan drug development. He was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in 2007, is a member of the Health Law section, and has provided IRB education with the Northwest Association for Biomedical Research.
