Dr. Lizbeth Adams comes from a background steeped in administration of IRB systems. She is executive vice chair of the Quorum Review IRB board and previously served as the Director for the Office of Research Integrity at Bastyr University. Dr. Adams, therefore, brings over a decade of IRB operations and direction experience.
Amanda Higley, PhD
Dr. Amanda E. Higley is a Vice Chair and Scientific Expedited Reviewer of the review board at Quorum Review IRB. She is well versed in designing and overseeing research protocols, Dr. Higley is credited with the conception and management of protocols specific to individuals with limited capacity that may require legally authorized representatives; proof-of-concept and comparative effectiveness studies, and translational research
