New Features of the Quorum Portal – January 2008

Quorum has a secure client portal available on the internet for exchanging documents with sites, sponsors and CROs. Customers can use the portal to submit documents electronically to Quorum. Customer also can use the portal to retrieve approval documents and other correspondence generated by Quorum. Quorum’s portal has a number of features to make the IRB submission process faster and easier.

    • Startup report, now more flexible
    Quorum’s portal includes a status report that summarizes sites’ study start-up activities. This report now can be filtered by site Status or PI name. The report can be generated in a number of formats (pdf, excel word or data records) to help you manage your projects and add the ability to sort or search for specific sites.

    Portal Accounts
    Portal accounts are automatically created for investigators, site coordinators and other primary contacts who provide email addresses on submission forms. If you already have a portal account and then submit a new study, Quorum automatically will add that study to your portal account.

    How do I give another user the same portal access I have?

    When you submit a study with Quorum you fill out our Central Study Questionnaire (CSQ) you can designate who will be Contact 1 and Contact 2. Either of these people can authorize additional contacts through the following link:
