Results From Quorum's 2007 Customer Satisfaction Survey

The 2007 Quorum Review Customer Satisfaction Survey is one tool we use to answer these questions. What do you value most? How are we doing? How can we improve?

What do you value?
Turnaround and convenience were qualities at the top of your list, followed closely by dependability. The Quorum Web Portal introduced this year has been instrumental in helping Quorum meet these goals. 93 % of respondents strongly agree or agree that electronic submission of documents through the Portal is convenient and useful. We had many Sponsors comment on the usefulness of the Site Submission report which helps them to track initial site submissions. If you don't have an account yet you can request one as a Site, Sponsor or CRO. Other new changes for Quorum in 2007 include the daily review of sites and easier submission requirements.

How are we doing?
How would you rate Quorum Review? 94% rate us "among the best IRBs I have worked with" (73%) or "the best IRB I have worked with" (21%). 99% would send their next study to Quorum.

How can we improve?
We have compliments and requests for even more functionality on the Quorum Portal. We are currently working on our next release which brings even more types of documents to be posted.
