Find Ad Approvals Online, Not on the Fax

Quorum understands that sites need approval notices for their recruitment activities quickly, which is why we routinely have faxed ad approvals to sites the same day we put approval notices in the mail.

Now, however, sites can utilize the Web Portal to receive site approvals as soon as they are complete. As part of the Web Portal expansion in February, sites can access online all Quorum approval documents—including ad approvals--so advanced copies by fax are no longer necessary. In June, Quorum plans to stop sending faxed copies of ad approvals routinely, but we will continue to send hard copy advertisement approvals by USPS First Class.
