The Quorum Web Portal Launches

On February 20, 2007, Quorum introduced its expanded web portal with more features and more users. We now are posting all IRB approval documents online as soon as documents are ready. Sites, sponsors, CROs, and SMOs can access these documents anytime for as long as a study remains active with Quorum Review.

Our expanded portal has attracted over 1000 new users since late February. Not only can these users access their study documents online, they also can

• Submit documents electronically and securely;
• Run a study startup report for updates on initial site submissions; and
• Access useful Quorum IRB resources.

Each portal user receives a notification e-mail whenever a new document is posted to the portal.

In April we refined how we identify documents posted to the portal. Now, whenever you log on to view approved documents, you can see at a glance the protocol number and the name of the site’s Principal Investigator. Our e-mail notifications about portal postings refer to documents in the same way for rapid identification.

Using the Quorum Web Portal is easy, and so is signing up for a user’s account. If you don’t have an account yet, you can request one as a site, a sponsor, or a CRO via our web site.
