Quorum's Site Support Team Helps Researchers Get the Information They Need Fast

A key component in Quorum's Study Advantage is Quorum's new Site Support Team (SST). The SST is a group of trained and experienced employees who can answer researchers' questions and help them complete their submission documentation accurately and expeditiously. If the SST cannot answer a site's questions, then they will find the right person within Quorum who can. Set forth below are some questions and answers regarding the new SST.

How can I reach the SST? You can reach the SST by calling (206) 448-4082 or (877) IRB-9883 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. You will reach a menu that will ask you to select whether you are:

  • A site;
  • A participant; or
  • A sponsor or CRO.

All callers who select "site" will be directed to the SST.

What types of questions can the SST answer? The SST is available to assist with every aspect of a site's interaction with Quorum, from the initial approval process through site closing. The SST can answer questions about Quorum's policies, provide guidance on completing Quorum's forms, and address a wide range of study-specific questions. If a researcher needs a document to be re-sent or re-faxed, the SST can make appropriate arrangements.

If a researcher has a question that the SST can't answer, the SST will find the appropriate person to answer the question.

Will I still have an APM contact to call? The SST should be able to answer almost any of the questions that you would have posed to your APM study contact. Nevertheless, if you have a question that needs study-specific expertise the SST can forward the call to the appropriate study management team.
