Daily Updates of Site Submission StatusQuorum recognizes the importance of providing Sponsors and CROs accurate and timely updates about their sites' submissions during study start-up. We know that our customers value the ability to track site submission progress from receipt by the IRB to follow-up, through IRB review, and on to a final Board determination. To provide additional clarity into submission status, Quorum has increased the frequency of the Sponsor/CRO site status updates. Quorum now provides daily updates to keep our Sponsors informed about their sites throughout the study start-up process. The Site Submission Status Report is available on the Secure Client Access Area of Quorum's website, and its information is updated twice a day. The new Site Submission Status Report replaces updates that Quorum previously provided by e-mail once a week and the online status reports that were updated twice a week. The Site Submission Status Report produces a summary of site submissions that have been received by Quorum, any necessary follow-up for those submissions (including a summary of all missing items), and the date that the site is scheduled for IRB review. The report design incorporates a color-coding scheme to differentiate approved sites from others which require more follow-up. The layout of the report more clearly distinguishes each PI's record. The Secure Client Access Area contains a guidance document to guide users through these and other changes in the report. See also the sample report excerpt below.
