Save Time and Effort with Quorum's e-SIQWould you like to complete your site submission paperwork in less time? Do you use Quorum Review as your central IRB on a frequent basis? Do you often find yourself uncertain how to answer questions on our Site Information Questionnaire? If you answered "yes" to one or more of these questions, Quorum Review has a terrific solution - our new e-SIQ form. The form allows you to create a template SIQ which is stored (securely and electronically) on Quorum's web server for repeated use. One of the most interesting things about this form is that it is a "smart document" which will prompt you for missing answers, notify you of compensation inaccuracies and remind you to include necessary attachments. As seen below, it is a user-friendly, step-by-step sequence of very simple data entry fields:  The form is also peppered with a number of "Get Help" buttons which can provide additional pop-up information windows if clarification of the question is required. Just click on the blue Question Mark to see a more detailed explanation of what the question is asking for (see example below):  Another highlight of this document is the compensation table, which saves you from having to worry about your mathematical ability. The individual visit compensation fields auto-tabulate when the submission is printed, thus providing you with an accurate total for your participants.  If you missed any questions requiring answers in the SIQ, you will be prompted to populate these fields by a reminder screen before you can print your final document:  Finally, once you have completed the form, there is an option to save the template in our secure database for re-use in the future. Next time you log-in, access the draft for another study.  This form is particularly helpful for study coordinators and Principal Investigators who have multiple studies being reviewed with Quorum and whose information does not change frequently. All you need to do is log back in to the site, change your protocol-specific information, update any fields that have changed since your last submission and print the form - and all this saves you and your sponsor valuable time!
