Introducing Quorum's New OnQ™ Portal Continuing Review and Closing Report

Quorum Review IRB is dedicated to finding new ways to increase the transparency of the IRB review process. To that end, Quorum is pleased to introduce the new Continuing Review and Closing OnQ portal report. The new report provides virtually real-time information on the Continuing Review and Closing activities for a given site or study.

How to access the report

The new Continuing Review and Closing Report is located on Quorum's OnQ web portal, in the "Reports" section. You may access the report by logging in with your username and password to your OnQ portal account. If you do not have an OnQ account, please click here to request access.

Helpful report features

The Continuing Review and Closing Report provides Quorum's researchers with a variety of helpful features to make the information in the report easily accessible.

Search: The Continuing Review and Closing Report is searchable, meaning that a researcher may search within the report for a certain word (such as Principal Investigator last name) and the report will provide all of the information for that search term.
Sorting: The Continuing Review and Closing Report is able to be sorted by any of the columns within the report.
Expandable activities: Activities may be expanded for more information. This is possible whenever a "+" is present to the left of the activity.
Export: The report is able to be exported into a variety of formats, including Excel.
Available 24/7: The Continuing Review and Closing Report is available at the convenience of the researcher. Valuable study status information may be accessed anytime.

Sponsor / CRO report information

Sponsors and CROs are able to view status information regarding periodic review and closing for all sites in a given study, as well as information on protocol continuing review status.

The Continuing Review and Closing Report will provide the following information to sponsors and CROs:

Dates when the Continuing Review Report for Protocols and Site Status Reports are sent by Quorum to researchers for completion
Dates when the completed Continuing Review Report for Protocols and Site Status Reports are returned to Quorum
Details on any missing information and follow-up attempts by Quorum to obtain that information for both the Continuing Review Report for Protocols and Site Status Report
Dates of review by the IRB
Dates that approval documents are issued by Quorum
Dates that sites submit Site Status Reports indicating closing to Quorum Review
Overview of study at a glance, including number of sites closed

Site report information

Sites are able to view information on the status of periodic review for their particular site.

The Continuing Review and Closing Report will provide the following information to sites:

Date when the Site Status Report is sent by Quorum to site for completion
Date when the completed Site Status Report is returned to Quorum
Details on any missing information in the Site Status Report and follow-up attempts by Quorum to obtain that information
Date of review by the IRB
Date that approval document is issued by Quorum
Date that site submits Site Status Report indicating closing to Quorum Review

NOTE: Quorum's Site Start-up Report is also still available on the OnQ portal. The Start-up Report provides helpful information during study start-up. The new Continuing Review and Closing Report is a powerful new addition to Quorum's reporting services, so that researchers are now able to view start-up, continuing review, and closing information for a study.
