Unclutter Your Desk with "No Sponsor Hard Copies"

Too much paper cluttering your desk? Love the OnQ™ Client Portal? Then Quorum Review has a new option for you: "No Sponsor Hard Copies."

Sponsors and CROs who elect to do so may now decline hard copy mailings of site approval and acknowledgement documents, and instead just download or print these documents from the Portal. This option is called "No Sponsor Hard Copies."

The "No Sponsor Hard Copies" option is designed for sponsors and CROs who prefer to obtain site documents using the Portal rather than waiting for hard copy mailings to arrive. Declining hard copy mailings can prevent duplication, confusion, and clutter.

Sponsor and CRO shipping preferences regarding copies of site documents are set up on a study-by-study basis:

To elect to receive only electronic copies of site documents for initial submissions, check the "No Sponsor Hard Copies" option under Central Study Questionnaire question #3 ("Shipping Information") when submitting your study.

If you would like to switch an existing study to "No Sponsor Hard Copies," please complete a Central Study Information Change Request Form, checking the "No Sponsor Hard Copies" shipping option under question #5.

Of course, sponsors who prefer to keep receiving hard copies of site documents don’t need to do anything. Unless directed otherwise, Quorum will continue to send sponsor hard copies of site documents. Quorum will also continue to provide sponsors and CROs with hard copies of sponsor-level approval and acknowledgements.
