Improved IND Acknowledgment Process

With Quorum's improved formal acknowledgment process, faster protocol-level safety acknowledgments are now within your reach.

Starting in early September 2009, Quorum began sending acknowledgment letters upon receipt of protocol-level safety events, such as IND Safety Reports. This new process has allowed researchers to receive safety acknowledgement letters up to 75% faster. Previously, Quorum's practice was to issue formal acknowledgments upon review of unique protocol-level safety events.

This modification only affects the timing of the acknowledgments. Quorum will continue to process and review the IND Safety Report submissions according our procedures. Also, the safety acknowledgment delivery options that have been previously chosen on the Central Study Questionnaire are not altered by this change.
