10.01.2009 - Quorum Review IRB is very proud to have been awarded full reaccreditation for another three years by the Association for the Accreditation of Human Research Protection Programs (AAHRPP). Learn more here.

09.26.2009 - Quorum’s OnQ™ portal will be offline on Saturday, September 26 from 8am – approximately 12pm PT for an upgrade. Please plan your portal usage around this outage; we apologize in advance for the inconvenience.

As part of this upgrade, the web address of the OnQ™ portal will change and any existing shortcuts will no longer work. Please access the OnQ™ portal through www.QuorumReview.com the next time you need to log in.

09.16.2009 - Quorum Review IRB will be exhibiting at SoCRA Conference in Nashville, TN at the Gaylord Opryland Resort, September 25 & 26. Please stop by and visit us at booth number 6.

09.08.2009 - Quorum Review IRB is pleased to announce that the update to our IRB registration to comply with the new FDA Rule has been accepted by OHRP, and we are now officially registered according to the new FDA regulations (in addition to our current OHRP IRB registration). Interested parties can find this by going to the OHRP website and searching “Approved Assurances & Registered IRB/IECs” for Quorum using our current IRB# (IRB00003226) or our name. It now lists Quorum’s “IRB type” as “OHRP/FDA.” This is the only notice that we are registered per FDA regulations. There is no new number assigned and no documentation of registration is provided.

07.14.2009 - FDA and OHRP IRB Registration Requirements

06.24.2009 - The Quorum North American Board will not meet on Wednesday, July 1st in observance of Canada Day. Please note that Quorum Review will be open for business, but no Full Board Review will be scheduled for July 1, 2009.

06.12.2009 - Quorum Review will be closed July 3rd in observance of the Independence Day Holiday. There will be no Board Meeting held Friday 07/03/2009. Please refer to the table for schedule changes surrounding the Holiday closure.
