Cami Gearhart – Chief Executive Officer

Cami originally joined Quorum as an IRB member and then moved into management, moving into the CEO position in 2006. Prior to joining Quorum Review, Cami practiced law in both the public and private sectors. In the private sector Cami specialized in health care regulatory law and worked with hospitals, clinics and other institutions. In the public sector Cami worked for the Office of the Attorney General in the arena of protecting vulnerable populations, including abused children, abused adults and mentally ill individuals. Cami earned both her legal degree and her undergraduate BS in Biology from the University of Washington.

Toko Thompson – Vice President, Finance and Office Administration

Toko joined Quorum as a controller in 2003 and became a Vice President of Finance in 2005.  Prior to joining Quorum, Toko worked as a controller and divisional accounting manager for publicly held companies in food and forest product industries.  Toko has a MBA from Seattle University and is a licensed Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

Kimberley Bryant – Director, Information Technology

Kimberley joined Quorum in 2010 as Director of Information Technology. She brings more than 15 years of proven success leading program/project management efforts as well as application development teams in the retail and commercial software development sectors. Kimberley's professional focus is on collaborative business process improvement, combining her expertise in IT strategy development, governance and process improvement to ensure recognized value for the IT investment. Kimberley is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and is originally from the UK.

Arri Burgess – Director, Client Relations & Marketing

Arri joined Quorum in July of 2007. Arri brought to the organization 10 years of sales, marketing and business development experience primarily in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Arri received her BS in Biology simultaneously with her BS in Chemistry from the University of Redlands. Arri also holds an MBA from Seattle University.

Linda Coleman – Director, Regulatory Affairs

Linda joined Quorum in 2007. In addition to her work with Quorum, Linda serves on a hospital ethics advisory and policy committee that educates and advises hospital staff and providers regarding hospital policy and clinical practice issues, including end of life, informed consent, and withdrawing and withholding of treatment. She is also a member of several professional organizations, including the American Health Lawyers Association, Health Care Compliance Association, and the Washington State Society of Healthcare Attorneys (WSSHA) where she serves as a Board member and co-Editor-in-Chief of the Washington Health Law Manual. Prior to joining Quorum Review IRB, Linda was an associate attorney at Bennett, Bigelow & Leedom in Seattle, Washington where her practice focused on health law, regulatory compliance, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, mental health law, health care litigation, and employment law matters for academic medical centers, hospitals, and other healthcare related organizations.

Kate Ford – Director, Human Resources

Kate joined Quorum in 2005. Kate has over 10 years of HR management experience in the growth and development of mid-sized service companies where employees are central to business success.  Kate brings together employee programs and workplace practices that attract and support professionals in their career and build a productive workforce.  Kate is a certified member of the Society for Human Resource Management, earned her BA from Indiana University, and focused on management practices in completing her MBA from Seattle University.  Kate is originally from the UK and has made Seattle her home since 1999.  

Chip Jacob – Director, Corporate Strategy

Chip joined Quorum in 2011 as Director of Corporate Strategy. He brings more than 15 years of proven success leading development and commercialization of biopharmaceuticals, medical device, combination products, and information technology. Previously he co-founded two start-ups specializing in development of novel therapeutics and combination drug/device treatments for cancer cardiovascular disease. Earlier in his career he worked in real estate development and was the founder of a software distribution company. Chip holds an MBA from the University of Washington.

Vicki Winn – Director, Study Services

Vicki joined Quorum in 2009 as Director of Study Support. She has more than 15 years of customer support success for corporations and public agencies. Prior to joining Quorum, Vicki served as an executive in client relations and call center staffing for several regional and national companies. Vicki brings to Quorum proven expertise in assembling superior management teams, managing change and expansion, and championing quality improvements at all levels of customer contact. She is an Executive Board Member on the President's Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities and is the Chair on the Employer Sub-Committee of the Washington State Task Force on Employment of Adults with Disabilities. Vicki earned her BA from the Universidade de Brasilia.
